1 - Voting Policy and Report on the exercise of voting rights

In accordance with Article 322-75 of the AMF General Regulations, PIM Gestion France established a voting policy, updated as needed, outlining the conditions under which it intends to exercise the voting rights attached to the securities held in the portfolios. In accordance with Articles 314-100 to 102 of the AMF General Regulations, PIM Gestion France reports on the conditions under which voting rights were exercised in relation to the securities held in the portfolios.

2 - Report on intermediation fees

In accordance with Article 314-82 of the AMF General Regulations, PIM Gestion France reports on the intermediation fees, order execution services as well as on the commission sharing agreements.

3 - Broker selection and evaluation

In accordance with the Article 314-75-1 of the AMF General Regulations, PIM Gestion France established a policy for the selection and evaluation of brokers and other entities providing support services for investment decisions and order execution.
